Our salmon are spawned in the streams and lakes of Bristol Bay, they freely roam the waters of the North Pacific and return several years later. These wild salmon have virtually no carbon foot print relative to those farmed in a three year cycle in large fish pens. Our chain of custody is small. You might know the region or country that a farmed fish comes from, but we can confidently tell you from what river our wild fishes are caught. Furthermore, we can guarantee that it has been handled with care all along its journey to your plate.
